Privacy Policy

The user confirms that the operator is entitled to collect, store and process the user’s personal data to the extent necessary: name, surname, address of residence, email, phone, IP address, photos, including sensitive and other personal data made available by the user on an ongoing basis (hereinafter referred to as” personal data”), for:

• performance of obligations arising from the application or contract concluded with the user,
• sending commercial communications and other information about the operator’s business by electronic means by the relevant regulations,
• performance of related contracts, in particular contracts with other suppliers of performance for the operator,
• performance of other legal obligations following the user’s request or a contract concluded with the operator and its performance, and/or
• to protect the legitimate interests of the operator from legal, administrative or other proceedings.

These personal data will be sufficiently protected by the operator, processed exclusively for these purposes and stored for the necessary duration of the purpose. The operator hereby properly instructs the data bearer about his rights to request:

• access to his personal data and their correction,
• deletion and/or portability,
• right to object to processing,

all this to the email of the operator payroll@katerinaklatilova.cz with a deadline for settlement without delay, but no later than 30 days by art. Article 15 to 23 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The user has the right to complain to the Supervisory Authority (Office for Personal Data Protection, with its registered office Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7). In case of repeated and/or unjustified requests, the operator is entitled to charge a reasonable fee for the costs associated with the processing of the request.

The operator is an entrepreneur Bc. Kateřina Klátilová, IČ: 17759315, with its registered office Lidická 1817/94, 787 01 Šumperk, registered in the trade register maintained by the municipal office Šumperk.

Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking the consent, the user agrees that the operator is entitled to process his personal data in the scope of contact information: name, surname, address, email, telephone and contact him for marketing products and services, in particular by sending messages by email, telephone and/or mail.

The user may revoke this consent at any time by sending an email to payroll@katerinaklatilova.cz.
